Our London-based legal client is seeking an experienced
Archives and Records

excellent communication skills
and be
PC literate and preferably have worked preciously in a law firm or corporate environment.

  • Respond to client requests accurately, maintaining a high level of service at all times
  • Able to load trollies and boxes accurately.
  • Ensure all requests are completed in a
    timely manner
:

-
Create and deliver barcodes accurately, reporting any errors or duplicates.
-
Delivering and collecting files from clients within the office:

-
Liaise with off-site storage providers to process requests of records for delivery.
-
Maintain the records management system and perform data entry

tasks.

Ideally you will have:


  • Strong working knowledge of record management systems.


  • Proficient IT skills

  • MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary:

Up to £26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
