Our London-based legal client is seeking an experiencedArchives and Records
excellent communication skills
and be
PC literate and preferably have worked preciously in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Respond to client requests accurately, maintaining a high level of service at all times
- Able to load trollies and boxes accurately.
- Ensure all requests are completed in a
timely manner

Create and deliver barcodes accurately, reporting any errors or duplicates.

Delivering and collecting files from clients within the office:
-
Liaise with off-site storage providers to process requests of records for delivery.
-
Maintain the records management system and perform data entry
tasks.
Ideally you will have:
- Strong working knowledge of record management systems.
- Proficient IT skills
- MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
