Events Executive
Our client runs a modern events venue that is steeped in history. Located in the centre of Guildford they cater for a variety of business-to-business, business-to-consumer and private events. These range in size from a just a couple of people to several thousand.

They current seek an Events Executive who will enjoy and embrace a broad range of day-to-day activities.

Working as part of a team you will be the first point of contact for new business enquiries, you will develop briefs, create quotes and work with clients to ensure their requirements are being identified and met.

You will then be booking and briefing outside suppliers, organising the setting-up and breakdown of equipment and facilities.

You will be onsite to ensure the smooth execution of events and then conduction a variety of post event activities.


Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Guildford, Surrey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
