Description

At Asset Management Services, you will be working towards a Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship over the course of 15 months.

You will be the first point of contact for the company, assisting with the general business and sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist duties directing all telephone calls & dealing with all visitors.
  • Carry out General Office & Sales Administration.
  • Assist Office Manager.
  • Specific Projects (where applicable).
  • To operate flexibly and to assist with Sales as and when required.
