Accountabilities and Main Duties:


The priority of this role is to ensure cash flow is maintained, by issuing invoices for services provided, and to chase outstanding monies.


We require an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to work within the credit control team for Eurosafe Solutions Ltd, ideally having worked within the construction industry, ensuring all invoices are compiled, sent out and balances for debtors are up to date.


Key tasks/areas, Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Chase outstanding monies
  • Produce invoices / credit notes and issue to customers
  • Follow the debt recovery procedures
  • Coordinate the debts of existing debtors
  • Amend invoices if required
  • Update company databases
  • Chase outstanding retentions
  • Ensure customers adhere to payment terms
  • Deal with internal / external queries
  • Answer general phone enquiries
  • Banking of cheques
  • Cover within the Finance department

£23, ,000 - negotiable based on experience
