The Role
Due to growth within Optimum Pay, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Registrations Administrator to join our award-winning company based at our brand-new head office in Crewe.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Upload sensitive documents to our CRM/ Payroll and Registrations system.
- Handling ad hoc queries from registrations teams in a timely manner.
- Right to work checks & Home Office enquires.
- Any other admin duties as required.
About You:
- Previous office experience in a fastpaced environment, with a high volume of data entry completed daily.
- A real team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Fun, outgoing and willing to really get involved with Tik Toks for our social media
- Computer savvy with knowledge of excel & word.
- Selfefficient with the ability to use your initiative.
- Knowledge of the Umbrella/ Accounting industry is desirable but full training will be given.
