Early Intervention Coordinator


Location:
New Haw

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, during school term time (permanent, part-time)

Are you looking to join a professional team of healthcare workers, assisting local schools in safeguarding their young people?

As an Early Intervention Coordinator, you will mostly be:

  • Assessing the needs and strengths of young people
  • Designing, delivering and evaluating interventions
  • Taking responsibility for own caseload
  • Working in close partnership with participating schools
  • Working as part of a team, including attending team meetings and training events
  • Recording appropriate outcome data
  • Collecting and sharing case studies
  • Working collaboratively with related organisations in the area


As this is an opportunity to work in a school environment, you must have previous experience working with young people and have contemporary knowledge of mental health practises.

This job requires you to travel around the Surrey area, some flexibility will also be needed.
