Intervl are working with one of the most exciting automotive start-ups in the UK, their aim is to decarbonise the transport & logistics network.

Their zero tailpipe emission solution is helping their clients drastically reduce their carbon footprint, ensurewe have cleaner air to breathe and change the world for the better

Over the last year, they have grown dramatically, and are now looking to expand again This time we are looking for an Operations Executive


This is definitely a role where no two days are the same, and you will have exposure to a lot of different areas of the business.

If you're a jack of all trades and a master of some this could be the role for you


What you'll be doing

  • Be the first face new starters meet, it'll be your job to make them feel welcome
  • Organising equipment and workwear for new starters.
  • Champion the company culture, and build strong relationships with all team members.
  • They are keen to celebrate successes, and as the culture champion you will need to think of creative ways of celebrating those successes.
  • Be responsible for the daytoday running of the office this could include:
  • Facilities Management
  • Maintaining kitchen & office supplies
  • Speaking with the landlord over any issues
  • Manage office communications
  • Providing basic tech support i.e setting up laptops for new starters and initial troubleshooting of any issues.
  • Maintaining Health & Safety and Fire safety processes within the office.
