Proactive Workforce Solutions are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join a busy team in
Liverpool.
Main Responsibilities:
- Completing requests, including the submission of reports, from management to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Keeping employee information up to date and submitting relevant forms to Head Office in accordance with the Organisations procedures.
Required skills and competencies:
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.,
- Diary management
- Minute taking
- Previous office/administration experience
- Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of the team as well as individually
- Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have a proactive approach, working in an agile business
- Good organisational skills
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
