Proactive Workforce Solutions are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join a busy team in
Liverpool.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Completing requests, including the submission of reports, from management to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Keeping employee information up to date and submitting relevant forms to Head Office in accordance with the Organisations procedures.

Required skills and competencies:


  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.,
  • Diary management
  • Minute taking
  • Previous office/administration experience
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of the team as well as individually
  • Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have a proactive approach, working in an agile business
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Attention to detail
