Key Responsibilities

  • Support and Promotion: Work closely with the Head of Schools Human Resources to market the service as the preferred supplier of highquality, professional, and effective human resources solutions.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budget monitoring and planning by maintaining accurate financial information. Ensure that all income and expenditure are processed in accordance with financial protocols.
  • Meeting Support: Coordinate meetings, take notes as required, and produce and disseminate documentation.
  • Data Management: Process data, carry out statistical analysis and create reports. Respond to information requests.
  • Website Administration: Act as the website administrator and monitor and maintain the service websites, ensuring that content is relevant and up to date.

Additional Information:


  • This is a Permanent, fulltime position
  • Standard 36 hours, Monday to Friday, there may be a requirement to attend meetings outside of normal working hours and to administer meetings virtually and/or in person
