Full time / night flexible rota

Salary - £38,000 - £ 44,000 dependant on experience (including night allowance)
The Oakleaf Group are currently recruiting for a full-time, experienced Night Manager. Reportable to the nurse manager, and Director of Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established multi-disciplinary team working within the field of acquired brain injury.

The Oakleaf Group currently caters for a male client base specialising in neurological rehabilitation across various sites,and has been awarded an outstanding status with CQC.

Working for this Leading Care Provider you will be instrumental in managing a cohesive night service and therefore it is desirable that you have a proven track record of working in a similar position within the care sector.

The Night Manager is expected to take overall responsibility for the night staff teams in providing a high quality, safe, supportive environment in order to care for residents within this specialist area meeting the identified physical, mental and socialcare needs.

The main base for this position is Hartwell Northampton.

Desirable Skills and Necessary Qualifications as a Unit Manager:

Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/RNLD) for a minimum of 3 years, with management experience.
Current NMC PIN
Possess good judgement, problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
Basic IT skills
Good communication skills
