Warehouse Supervisor

We are recruiting for the position of Warehouse Supervisor in the Altham area working for a leading manufacturing company.

Role and responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor:

  • Supervising a team of 5/6 Operatives
  • Training and coaching of colleagues
  • Planning and scheduling warehouse activities
  • Coordianting labour resources to maximise efficiency
  • Maintaining stock accuracy throughout the warehouse
  • Coordinating materials in and out of external storage
  • Sustaining a high level of housekeeping
  • Liaising with Operations Supervisor, QA, Health & Safety and other colleagues
Experience preferred for Warehouse Supervisor

  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • FLT Licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines
  • Methodical and organised
  • Flexible in working time to meet business requirements
Details

  • Working hours: 8am4.30pm Monday-Thursday, Friday 8am3.30pm
  • Pay Rate 28k35k dependent on expereince
  • Permanent positions
