As a part of our friendly administration team, your daily responsibilities will include:Managing incoming calls and inquiries
Coordinating interviews
Updating the database with events and activities
Booking and organizing advertisements
Planning company work events
Managing stock and procurement of stationery, office consumables, and equipment
Updating the MRL website
Monitoring existing job sites and setting up new ones
Assisting with contracts and compliance
Booking travel itineraries for consultants
To succeed in this role, you should be highly motivated, professional, and possess previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a dynamic sales environment.
