The Client & Opportunity:

Our client is an Award Winning Property Auctioneer, selling Residential & Commercial Property across the North West and UK.

Main Duties:

Appraise/Value (residential and commercial) properties for auction.
Desktop appraisals and physical inspections.
Knowledge of auction procedures (ideally)
Undertake property inspections
Ability to list properties for auction incl. preparation of marketing brochures
Arrange & undertake viewings
Negotiate sales
Handle telephone enquiries
Knowledge of money laundering regulations (and compliance thereof)
Client and Solicitor liaison.

Other requirements would be knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel etc

Remuneration

Between £30,000 to £45,000 (dependant upon experience)
