One of the most highly-regarded agents in London is looking for a new Lettings Negotiator for their Maida Vale office.

This is a massive opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a tight-knit team, earn lots of money, progress and have access to some of the best stock on the market

Having been partnered with this company for a number of years it is evident that this is a fantastic step for anyone who wants to work in a prime market.

There is potential to earn £70k+ but the conservative OTE is £50k.

If you are a Lettings Negotiator with experience in London and can handle tricky HNW clients then this could be the role for you - Ideally you will have 12 months experience in Lettings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering new applicants
  • Negotiating with all parties involved to ensure the best outcome is achieved
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Delivering the best customer service to both applicants & Landlords
  • Managing the process from offer agreed to exchange
