Senior Data Analyst

Oliver James have been appointed to recruit for a Senior Data Analyst for a global specialty Insurance business. They are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to ensure data stays consistently at the forefront of decisions. Ensuring appropriate infrastructureand foundations across systems, architecture and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

Translate data from reporting and analysis into insights for the business
Use Power BI to build dashboards and reports
Build insightful analytics using the data platforms to support the business (such as Underwriters, Claims, Finance, Product, Pricing, Actuaries)
Support the overarching data strategy

Experience wanted:

Power BI
Experience documenting technical requirements
Experience designing data tests
Insurance industry experience
Experience with data transfer methods (API, etc.)
Exposure to cloud technologies/cloud data warehouses
