JOB PURPOSE

  • Promotes the Business and Brand through the design, planning and execution of instore events, ensuring the company's high quality standards and assigned budget.
  • Consistent with corporate brand strategy and market analysis, brings to fruition correct promotional activities and events aimed at Business development, customer relations and strengthening of Brand image in stores.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitors and supports relevant subsidiaries on a daily basis for all retail activities aimed at increasing Brand awareness, developing sales and customer relations;
  • In collaboration with the relevant subsidiaries ensures that the planning of activities and related budget are constantly updated and in line with the investment strategy
  • Is responsible for the execution of instore or consumer facing events on time, on budget, within company expectations (ROI) and ensuring an excellent client experience;
  • Periodically oversees the development of formats/activities to support specific projects (e.g., MTO; MTM; Red Line; Pop Up) across WW areas
  • Monitors and manages Retail Events calendar updates for relevant markets, facilitating cross function activity communication in HQ and overseeing WW master calendar functionality
  • Analyzes and collects ROI analysis reports making it usable by the board and relevant colleagues
  • Develops budget in collaboration with local offices based on business strategy;
  • Identifies new external vendors and ensures their work to implement activities;
  • Coordinates with internal business functions involved for all activities related to planning and implementation of activities and events;
  • Supervises onsite all activities in collaboration with local offices;
  • Produces qualitative and quantitative reporting on organized events and/or locally organized events in areas of responsibility.
  • Prepares documents aimed at internal communication for new format proposals, reporting, scheduling.
