Rugby is one of the fastest growing towns in the country and the fastest in the West Midlands with a range of high-quality housing and commercial developments on the go.

Rugby Borough Council has recently published its Town Centre regeneration strategy to promote further growth and investment in the Town.

The Council is in a strong financial position intends to lead from the front using its own assets and projects to promote regeneration and inward investment.

The Council are seeking an astute in-house project manager to manage multimillion pound commercial and housing developments.

We are an ambitious property team responsible for developing both the social housing and commercial property interests of the Council.
