We are currently seeking a motivated and caring Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team on a 1:1 basis.

This role offers a unique chance to work closely with a specific student, providing personalized support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide oneonone support and assistance to a primary school student in their academic and social development.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs and learning styles of the student.
Assist with classroom activities, ensuring the student's inclusion and participation.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to growth and development.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the student's progress.
Maintain accurate records of the student's progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student.
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
