We are currently seeking a motivated and caring Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team on a 1:1 basis.

This role offers a unique chance to work closely with a specific student, providing personalized support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide oneonone support and assistance to a primary school student in their academic and social development.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs and learning styles of the student.
  • Assist with classroom activities, ensuring the student's inclusion and participation.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to growth and development.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the student's progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of the student's progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
