ABOUT:
The Company:
Our client based in Blaby, Leicestershire are looking for an Accounts & Administration Assistant to join the team on a full time basis.
This will be a varied role so someone that is enthusiastic, flexible, self motivated and can think on their feet.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Sales/purchase ledger
- Process Supplier invoices gaining approval, allocation to correct
- Liaise with departments to produce accurate sales invoices, send to clients.
- Maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems
- Timesheets
- Monthly Payroll
- Petty Cash, receipts, authorisation and reconciliation
Key Skills:
- Experience in an administration role id essential
- Previously held an role within accounts in a supporting capacity
- Previous use of SAGE 50
- A good level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to communicate well with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Extremely organised
- Able to follow company procedures but also work independently
- Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year
