ABOUT:


The Company:


Our client based in Blaby, Leicestershire are looking for an Accounts & Administration Assistant to join the team on a full time basis.


This will be a varied role so someone that is enthusiastic, flexible, self motivated and can think on their feet.


Key areas of responsibility:


  • Sales/purchase ledger
  • Process Supplier invoices gaining approval, allocation to correct
department/project

  • Liaise with departments to produce accurate sales invoices, send to clients.
  • Maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems
  • Timesheets
  • Monthly Payroll
  • Petty Cash, receipts, authorisation and reconciliation

Key Skills:


  • Experience in an administration role id essential
  • Previously held an role within accounts in a supporting capacity
  • Previous use of SAGE 50
  • A good level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to communicate well with colleagues, clients and suppliers
  • Extremely organised
  • Able to follow company procedures but also work independently
  • Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
