Location - Hawick (With scope for Hybrid working)
Salary - up to £40K DOE
Type - Permanent hours/week
Overview:
We are looking for someone who is excited about promoting career opportunities in this very specialist manufacturing environment where heritage and technology go together to produce beautiful garments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for our strategic growth programme, promoting, advertising, and executing all new recruitment initiatives.
- Build strong and effective relationships with internal and external partners and agencies.
- Promote the Company as an employer of choice in a variety of job markets in the UK and beyond.
- Measure, monitor and manage the recruitment processes from endtoend, making improvements where necessary to increase calibre and success rate.
- Support all hiring managers through the recruitment process, providing training and development where necessary in line with policies and legal requirements.
- Provide comprehensive recruitment and onboarding data to the Senior Management Team.
- Demonstrate the Company Values.
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- A strong working knowledge of recruitment best practice, process & policy, and awareness of the appropriate legislation
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage your own workload.
- Ability to take a consultative approach to supporting managers through the hiring process.
- Analytical and able to interpret recruitment data & make recommendations based on results.
- A skilled networker who can build excellent professional relationships.
- A selfstarter who is wellorganised & comfortable with multitasking and working to specific time schedules
- A great team player who can work effectively to achieve collective goals and deadlines.
- Experience of using & maintaining Recruitment Systems & Information
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills both written and spoken.
- Ability to work confidentially.
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- CIPD or equivalent beneficial
