This role is open to people from a range of backgrounds, we are looking for people who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children who struggle in a mainstream environment.
You can be from a support work ,youth worker, tutor, nursery nurse, Nurse, Coach, Mentor, Care or teaching assistant background or a similar job.
The most important thing is that you want to make a difference in the lives of hard to reach children.
You will be instrumental in their ongoing development and this is such a rewarding job.

About the role:
Classroom Recruiters is thrilled to partner with a dynamic child service provider, offering an exciting permanent role for a Behaviour Mentor.
This role involves working with children across various ages (KS3, KS4, post 16) at specialised sites in
Nottinghamand the serounding area, including libraries, outdoor vocational areas, and alternative schools, all meticulously designed to provide a supportive and transformative environment.

- Fulltime availability Monday to Friday 09:00 till 15:00
- Valid driving license and confidence in transporting children when needed (fuel costs covered).
- A passion for building strong relationships with children and young adults in care.

Qualifications:
- Level 1 Teaching Assistant or equivalent in Health or Social Care a bonus but not essential.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in schools, nurseries, PRUs, alternative provisions, care homes, or residential homes a bonus but not esssential.
