Service Advisor - Luxury Vehicle Retailer The UK's leading luxury vehicle retailer is looking for a service advisor to join its team in Chelmsford.

If you are an experienced service advisor in the motor industry looking to take the next step in your career, this position may be perfect for you


Salary:
Up to £35,000 + Performance bonus


Job type:
Permanent - full-time


Location:
Chelmsford, Essex


The Role:


  • Process warranty bookings
  • Greet customers, discuss, identify and progress routine service and repair requirements
  • Promote the sale of service/accessories
  • Ensure that services and repairs are completed satisfactorily and ensure all warranty items are available for return to manufacturers
  • To accurately cost all invoices for payment
  • To prepare and analyse job cards for work carried out under the terms of the warranty

Requirements:


  • Experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor industry
  • Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate equally with mechanics, customers and senior management
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
