Executive Search Consultant

Working in Executive Search & Selection, you will deal with the most senior hires, often handling salaries in excess of £200k.

Our client works with their partners to identify and acquire outperformance in alternative investment strategies and have built a reputation based on successful delivery.

They've structured over $20 bn of risk/capital allocation since inception.

Their position in the market gives them access to high level decision makers at some of the worlds largest hedge funds and allocators.

Our client has grown significantly over the past 5 years based in London and Singapore with further expansion along the way

Learning in-depth your industry
Arranging interviews
Attending client meetings

What there looking for in their next Executive Search Consultant:

2:1 or higher from a Russel Group University
Experience within a research role/ degree
A forward thinking career driven attitude
A mature approach, selfdriven, able to get on with the task at hand
A consultive Approach
