We have an exciting opportunity for a
Credit Controller to join our Retail Finance team in Cardiff.

It is not essential that you have previous experience within Credit Control, but you must have exceptional customer service skills and have the desire to help others.

Our customer's needs are always at the heart of everything we do, and we truly deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Being customer focussed and passionate about people is crucial, and you must be able to meet team targets to ensure you deliver a high-quality service.


Responsibilities will include -

  • Chase overdue invoices and payments
  • Agree payment terms and conditions
  • Deal with debt payment questions
  • Ensure payments are on track in line with the agreed terms
  • Negotiate fair repayment plans for those who are struggling to pay their debts
  • Build and maintain good relationships with debtors
  • Keep detailed records of collection activities and conversations
