The client are a design, advertising and marketing agency that work very closely with a range of SME and large business across the globe.

The company has a brilliant working environment and is a very enjoyable environment.

They are looking for a Senior AccountsPayable to join the team on a permanent basis and help manage the end-to-end Purchase Ledger.

It is a sole role, and the successful Accounts Payable will be working (on a hybrid basis) out of the West End office (Old Street/Kings Cross).

Description

The successful Senior Accounts Payable will:

End to end management of the Accounts Payable ledger
Management of the payment runs
Be the first point of contact (internally and externally) for all purchase ledger queries
Bank reconciliations
Credit Card reconciliations
Processing a high volume of purchase ledger invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Assist with the improved automation of the Purchase Ledger process
Ad hoc

Profile

The successful Senior Accounts Payable will:

-
MUST have prior experience working in a sole

Accounts Payable role:
MUST have prior experience managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable ledger:
Have strong Excel skills
Have a working knowledge of the finance systems NetSuite or Concur (desirable, not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
