Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced carpentry based site Foreman/woman to join a new contract renovating a private high end residential property in Penzance TR18.

Our client is an established premium residential refurbishment specialist with years of experience in the industry.

As site supervisor and Foreman/woman your role will be as the Site Managers number two.

This will cover hands on management of direct and subcontractor staff; running site inductions; attending site meetings; ensuring works are carried out to standard and following H&S practices.

What are we looking for?

SSSTS or SMSTS & First Aid
Minimum 2 years relevant management level construction experience
Previous experience with premium refurbishment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
PC literate

Day rate:
negotiable based on experience

Start Date: 16 January 2023
