This is a temporary role until June/July 2023, making it an ideal opportunity for a student or someone with future commitments.

About your new role as Customer Logistics Administrator

General administration duties including:

Record all debit notes received
Request paperwork from 3rd Party Logistic partners
Review shipping issues and report weekly figures
Action Return Merchandise Authorisations.

Hours of work & Pay:
Mon - Fri - 7.5 hours per day totalling 37.5 per week
Your 7.5hrs will be worked between 08:00 to 18:00. No nights required.

About you:

You'll be a confident administrator with proven experience
Strong IT skills
Highly organised with an ability to manage their time and prioritise effectively.

Preferred but not essential:

Familiar with processes and ERP systems (Enterprise resource planning) such as SAP, Oracle would be advantageous
Valid Driving Licence to accommodate office location
Ideally you'll be familiar with reconciling both order and invoicing data

This is a PAYE contract, where you accrue holidays separately from your wages at 28 days p.a. pro-rata and contributions are made towards your pension as per current legislation.
