ePS is looking for a
Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to join us based in the UK.

This is a remote role and location can be anywhere in the country and some working time within different time zones may be required from time to time.


As Onboarding and Implementation Specialist your role is to activate Customers into successfully realizing the full benefits of their investment with the minimum of effort, and in as short a time as possible.


Through working closely with customers, and our internal product and documentation teams, you will continually seek to find innovative ways to reduce time to value, and both customer and ePS overall effort.


Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As an Onboarding Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding process of our new cloud software product into print manufacturing businesses.

Your primary goal will be to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our software among our clients.

The role is predominantly remote based but some travel to customer sites in the UK, North America and Europe may be required from time to time.

Job description:


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver the specific implementation and onboarding process.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the features and functionality of our cloud software.
  • Assist clients in setting up and configuring the software to meet their specific needs, including integrating with existing systems and workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of our software.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for our clients.
  • Continuously gather feedback from clients and provide insights to the product development team to drive product improvements and enhancements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to cloud software implementation and the print sector.

Skills requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of print industry processes and workflows 13 years' experience within the industry
  • Have experience of at least one ERP/ MIS print package, either as a consultant or as a senior end user;
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable presenting online and creating video content with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome implementation challenges.
  • Have a genuine interest in working directly with clients, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Educated to Degree level preferable but not essential.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language would be preferable but not essential: German, Spanish, Italian, French.
