Following a period of growth at St Elizabeth Hospice we have a new opportunity for a People Advisor to join our busy People & Culture team.


We provide a comprehensive people business partnering and advice service to all business areas of St Elizabeth Hospice and the Care Agency.

Working with leaders and key stakeholders, we shape, develop and deliver people plans and solutions in line with the business needs of the hospice.


You will partner, advise and guide managers and staff in your key directorates on all aspects of people & culture.

The role will also support a number of cross-functional people projects to enable and develop our people managers, which are instrumental in the delivery of our people plan.

There will be also opportunities to suggest and implement improvements to the way we work.
