Key Responsibilities:


  • To oversee and manage The Bistro during weekends and school holidays
  • To set up and assist with the events that take place onsite including canapé receptions, BBQs, internal conferencing and lots more.
  • To ensure all SOP's are followed and adhered to whilst ensuring premium customer service and all hygiene and H&S guidelines are met
  • To take responsibility for the catering operation in line with Company policies, Client requirements and financial constraints.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to all team members to ensure a positive customer experience, under the guidance of the Catering Manager
  • To be customer focused at all times, by being visible during meal periods, communicating and determining customer requirements before they do.
  • To lead the team for all shifts, including carrying out a briefing, overseeing the opening and closing of the restaurant
  • To place orders of beverage stock as and when required

Weekly Hours and Shift Pattern:

As required during weekends and school holidays
