The job you will be doing;
- Making outbound calls to consumers who have expressed interest in the service.
- Upselling additional products and services to maximise selling potential.
- Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service
- Working towards monthly targets, i.e. sales, call handling times, targets, attendance and time keeping.
- Processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner
- You will be expected to take the initiative and rise to different challenges each day.
- Where necessary provide support and guidance to customers to help them during the call.
- Work in a fast paced, customer focused environment constantly striving to ensure you are providing the best service possible.
- 40 hours per week working hours between Monday to Thursday 10:00am to 8:00pm and Friday 10.00am 2.00pm.
About you;
- A great communicator and enthusiastic about helping customers.
- A passion about achieving goals and comfortable selling products that fit a customer's requirements.
- Thrive on learning new knowledge and skills and are quick to adapt.
- Know your way around a computer and can navigate multiple systems.
- Be selfmotivated and can work from home with mínimal supervision.
- Be resilient and can adapt to a fast paced and everchanging environment.
- Previous direct sales experience essential outbound telesales preferred.
- A key requirement is a strong CV with longevity in job roles.
- Key qualities to possess for the role are a positive, friendly and customer orientated attitude
- Able to deal with pressure and demonstrate examples
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with a selfstarter attitude
