The job you will be doing;

  • Making outbound calls to consumers who have expressed interest in the service.
  • Upselling additional products and services to maximise selling potential.
  • Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service
  • Working towards monthly targets, i.e. sales, call handling times, targets, attendance and time keeping.
  • Processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner
  • You will be expected to take the initiative and rise to different challenges each day.
  • Where necessary provide support and guidance to customers to help them during the call.
  • Work in a fast paced, customer focused environment constantly striving to ensure you are providing the best service possible.
  • 40 hours per week working hours between Monday to Thursday 10:00am to 8:00pm and Friday 10.00am 2.00pm.

About you;

  • A great communicator and enthusiastic about helping customers.
  • A passion about achieving goals and comfortable selling products that fit a customer's requirements.
  • Thrive on learning new knowledge and skills and are quick to adapt.
  • Know your way around a computer and can navigate multiple systems.
  • Be selfmotivated and can work from home with mínimal supervision.
  • Be resilient and can adapt to a fast paced and everchanging environment.
  • Previous direct sales experience essential outbound telesales preferred.
  • A key requirement is a strong CV with longevity in job roles.
  • Key qualities to possess for the role are a positive, friendly and customer orientated attitude
  • Able to deal with pressure and demonstrate examples
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude with a selfstarter attitude
