An exciting opportunity has arisen within our small community office for a Care Supervisor to join our expanding team.

The Quality Supervisor role is pivotal to the branch but also has the responsibility of being a care ambassador for the company.

Job duties

The role includes driving within the community to clients' homes to complete assessments and reviews so
access to a car and full driving licence is essential

To professionally ensure the ongoing safety of clients and staff through systemic assessment, reviewing and monitoring processes to an industryleading standard
To be available to work within a flexible rota including some evening and weekend work.
To have the skills to manage and encourage a small team of care staff and support their ongoing training and development in the field.
Working alongside other health and social care professionals in a positive manner.
To contribute to the promotion of positive links with the community agencies/groups
Ensure that accurate and clear records and communication systems in relation to care delivery are maintained and used effectively
Creating rosters and supervising care assistants onfield through audits
Attending regular meetings with the manager
