Our client, a blue-chip company, is looking for a bright and capable graduate to work in their Retailer Services and Credit Control team, your responsibilities will be varied and the role is busy Day to day the duties will include:

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to retailers, responding to and resolving all queries.
Collation of timely and accurate information and the completion of finance activities.
Support the team of Retailer Service Specialists and Credit Control Specialists with day to day activities.
Work effectively as part of the team.
Any other reasonable management request.

Experience required:

Degree educated
Previous Customer Service experience ideal.
Interest in the Finance Industry
