We're looking for an experienced Retoucher to join our Leeds team.


Description of Role

  • Retouching, cleaning up and grading of photography assets on a daily basis to a high standard
  • Quality control your own and junior team members assets with the ability to amend or advise accordingly
  • Retouching projects across a broad range of styles and industries to meet the creative requirements
  • Hold a creative flair and passion for visual composition and attention to detail
  • Have the ability to manage your own retouch workload within the agreed budgets on a daily basis
  • Acting as the gatekeeper for all assets leaving the team to help ensure all assets worked on are retouched consistently to a high standard and meet the brief
  • Colour correct imagery to a digital and print standard

Skills

  • Highly proficient in Photoshop and Bridge
  • Highly creative and act as a guardian of high quality output
  • Methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail
  • Good colour matching skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
