Purpose:


To support the legal team with a range of day-to-day administrative duties, and to assist the Operations Manager in implementing and managing new operational processes to enable efficiencies within the department.


The Role

  • Responsible for administrative duties across several areas, including management of approvals process NDA process
  • Inputting data into the database for transactions
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Diary management for several team members
  • Arranging meetings for the wider Legal team
  • Booking of meeting rooms/boxes including arranging catering
  • Booking places on external events and conferences
  • Raising POs and managing POs and invoices
  • Archiving and filing
  • Liaising with IT for the team for any issues
  • Managing team match tickets
  • Managing hospitality bookings for team
  • Responsible for couriers & post
  • Travel arrangements for the wider team when necessary
  • Any operational administration task for the Operational Manager
  • Administration assistance on transfer deadline days (both men's and women's)

The Person

  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent IT Skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of technology, able to pick up new systems quickly and with ease
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility
  • Experience of developing and maintaining of new processes and procedures to enhance productivity, communication, and efficiency of the team
  • Strong time management and selfmotivation skills, the ability to work autonomously, plan own workload and work well as part of a team
  • Previous experience within Legal administration or a similar environment would be desirable but not essential.
