Base £23,000 plus uncapped bonus OTE £3,000+

Everyday you you will...

Work towards KPIS/Targets as well as companies policies and procedures
In addition, assist with the identifying, planning and implementation of new resourcing processes

What will help you succeed in this role?

Previous experience within a sales/recruitment phone based role.
Experience in working towards SLA's and deadlines with an ambition of overachieving.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst also being selfmotivated and driven with an ability to work without supervision
Strong organisational skills where you will be able to work on multiple tasks and prioritise your own workload efficiently
