Permanent, Full Time - Mon - Fri, (9 day fortnight available)
Base £23,000 plus uncapped bonus OTE £3,000+

Everyday you you will...
- Work towards KPIS/Targets as well as companies policies and procedures
- In addition, assist with the identifying, planning and implementation of new resourcing processes

What will help you succeed in this role?
- Previous experience within a sales/recruitment phone based role.
- Experience in working towards SLA's and deadlines with an ambition of overachieving.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst also being selfmotivated and driven with an ability to work without supervision
- Strong organisational skills where you will be able to work on multiple tasks and prioritise your own workload efficiently
