Fusion People are recruiting for a finance administrator for a contract role based in Slough

Starting ASAP, this is initially 2-month contract working to assist the finance team for a construction company specializing in data and electrical projects

Working hours: 8am - 5pm with a 1-hour break


Rate:
£12.50 per hour PAYE

Duration: 2 months


Duties for the successful finance administrator will include:

  • Invoices and purchase orders
  • Updating purchase ledger
  • Scanning, filing, photo copying
  • Preparing documents and letters
  • General administration to assist the accounts team

Experience required:

  • Previous experience working within finance teams (credit control/accounts)
  • Experience working with purchase ledgers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Literate and confident working with Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience (advantageous)
