Fusion People are recruiting for a finance administrator for a contract role based in Slough
Starting ASAP, this is initially 2-month contract working to assist the finance team for a construction company specializing in data and electrical projects
Working hours: 8am - 5pm with a 1-hour break
Rate:
£12.50 per hour PAYE
Duration: 2 months
Duties for the successful finance administrator will include:
- Invoices and purchase orders
- Updating purchase ledger
- Scanning, filing, photo copying
- Preparing documents and letters
- General administration to assist the accounts team
Experience required:
- Previous experience working within finance teams (credit control/accounts)
- Experience working with purchase ledgers
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Literate and confident working with Microsoft Office including Excel
- Microsoft Dynamics experience (advantageous)
