This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast paced office, with a high volume of properties on the market in the Hampstead area.

The office also covers multiple area's including, Hampstead, Finchley, Dartmouth Park, Gospel Oak, Highgate, Primrose Hill and West Hampstead.

The team pride themselves on offering the best in class service to their vendors and buyers and are looking for a team member who can continue to offer an exceptional service.

We are looking to recruit someone that's ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about overall customer service.

You will be responsible for:

The daytoday management of applicants which will include generating viewings and obtaining sales on properties
Maintaining records on our internal database
Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk

- ins, in a professional manner

Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and following up on feedback from these

You would ideally have experience working as a Sales Negotiator, or have at least 1 to 2 years' experience working in a sales or customer service driven role, and will have excellent customer service skills.

You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals.
