An exciting opportunity has become available within the specialty of Community Ambulatory Care portfolio, which includes anticoagulation, district nursing clinics, phlebotomy services and reception administration staff.
We are seeking a Matron to lead and ensure delivery of safe and effective services and integrated working across community and acute services to support the development of robust safe pathways and ensuring patients have the right access to right services at the right time.
The role will offer an opportunity to be integral to the ever growing Transformation and Redesign of community services to meet the needs of our population and looking at new ways to support people to be cared for in the community.
You will need to demonstrate proven managerial, leadership, strategic thinking, and quality improvement experience to be successful for this post.
