My client is an award-winning Market Research company based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre.

Since starting up over 25 years ago, they have found there is nothing they can't do They are an expert within their field of quantitative and qualitativemarket research providing all data collection and research methods and are currently looking for an Account Executive to join their ever-growing business.


As an Account Executive, no two days will ever be the same for you It is such a busy and exciting position that can lead to progression and development within the company.

The main responsibilities of the role are:


  • Managing and maximising projects within the team and being involved within the full project lifecycle
  • Liaising with multiple clients to ensure all project requirements are considered and managed efficiently, keeping the client updated along the way
  • Managing multiple administrative tasks and making sure these are kept accurate and up to date at all times
  • Communicating within different people involved in each project and providing a professional approach
  • Working towards deadlines and ensuring each case is completed on or before set deadline days
  • Preparing quotes for clients and sending these out with relevant information

The main requirements for an Account Executive are:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products (ie, Word/Excel)
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good project management and organisational skills (working to deadlines will be crucial to this role) Flexible and willing to work in a busy environment and the ability to take on a wide range of general business tasks
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required
  • Ability to plan, forecast and adapt priorities to changing workloads
  • Creative problem solving solution focused
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident & affable
  • Reacting positively to changing circumstances and delivering under pressure
