The Client Analytics Migration Lead, Client Reporting will be an external-facing role working with transition resources and customers on their reporting needs.

Essential Job Functions

  • Review client transition timelines and work with account teams and customers to determine current reporting needs for each customer
  • Work directly with clients to understand how reports are utilized and goforward requirements
  • Interface with Transition, Product, FleetView, and Client Analytics teams to determine the best method to create each needed report
  • Manage prioritization of migration report requests for Client Analytics to support custom needs and track associated timelines and deliverables associated with those requests
  • Identify risks to timeline and reporting scope, impact of any risks, and mitigation plans for any risks
  • Guide development efforts of creating and building necessary reporting
  • Deploy and train clients and internal account teams on new reports
  • Anticipated timeframe: 24 months
Additional Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: Bachelors Required; Preferences towards concentration in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an Analytical concentration
Work Experience: 5-10 years' work experience with background in Finance/FP&A, Management Consulting, Computer Science, or Account Management

  • Role will be customerfacing, so strong presentation skills are required
