Data Analyst (Christian Ministry)
Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
Hours:
The role is full time working 40 hours per week.
Place of work:
You will work primarily from our client's office in central Kent, UK with occasional visits to customer sites or other locations.
Fantastic opportunity to use your data research skills to develop insights for multinational commercial clients, while putting your Christian faith into every aspect of your work.
As a member of our client's Insights Team, you will build on your existing research skills and experience to develop unique insights using cutting edge technologies to analyse data.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent education results.
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in qualitative and quantitative data analytics delivering research projects.
- Practical experience in understanding clients' needs in order to design and execute effective research methodologies and writing.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a strong ability to work in teams.
Any of the following skills will be useful in your work as a Data Analyst:
- Data science techniques and tools.
- Systematic review skills.
- Social media analysis and strategy.
- Mathematics and statistical analysis.
- Market research.
- Presentation design including data visualisation.
- Knowledge of or experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluency in foreign languages.
- Client relationship management.
Ministry Development
As well as developing your practical skills, you will be enrolled in a comprehensive ministry training programme which includes:
- Training modules providing a Biblical foundation for your work-based ministry.
- A marketplace ministry peer mentoring programme in which colleagues support each other in their ministry growth.
N.B. There is an occupational requirement for the Data Analyst to have an active personal commitment to the Christian faith. Permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
