What you'll do:


We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the Head of Water Recycling and wider team at Avonmouth Water Recycling Centre.


Duties will include:
- raising orders
- keeping records updated, including spreadsheets, specialist systems and SharePoint
- diary management and arranging meetings for the Head of Water Recycling, including arranging catering and refreshment supplies as appropriate
- attending meetings to take minutes, the typing up of minutes and distributing as required
- health and safety scheduling, observation and actions management
- providing material and supporting the site induction process
- liaising and assisting the site teams to receive and send equipment and PPE
- maintaining and managing the site waste hub with support from site operators
- resolving queries
- organising monthly wellbeing events
- support the reception at Avonmouth


What you'll need:


To succeed in this role, you will have at least five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and maths.


You should be computer literate, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet target levels of service, while also communicating at all levels with customers and framework suppliers.


Furthermore, you will need to be a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and proven customer service experience.
