About The Role:

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a

Front of House Supervisor to oversee the reception and post room teams. You will ensure the teams provide a warm and professional welcome for all staff, students, visitors, and contractors to campus, providing the correct support and signposting all enquiries.


The successful person should have a passion in customer service with the ability to supervise multiple teams and the car parking software.

This is a close-knit team that works closely with other campus departments, and we are looking for someone as passionate as us about delivering our goals.

This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week contract working 8.30am to 17.00pm, Monday to Friday.
