Description

This is an investment management opportunity within a particular sub - sector of the real estate sector, one which is demonstrating sustained long term growth and evolution.

Responsibility will include but not restricted to:

Evaluation,modelling/structuring of potential and actual transactions
Presentation of relevant investment opportunities to committee including production of relevant documentation.
Input into business planning and strategy to further develop the business aims.
Participation at conferences to aid origination effort.
Keeping on top of market developments.

With significant capital to deploy, this role presents an ideal opportunity for a well trainedCMBS structurer to take full ownership of investment evaluation and ongoing investment management of high quality long tem assets.

It will also provide a broadeningof skills as there will be support to develop an Equity investment skill set alongside well honed debt capability.

The team is passionate about the quality of the work they do and we are looking to find an individual who would feel the same about developing as an investment specialist within the Build to Rent arena and this organisation in particular.

The team has wellstructured growth plans and as such offers good career opportunity over the longer term.
