Then we at AXA Health would welcome you We're recruiting a Direct Sales Lead Generation Agent to join us in our Leicester or Bournemouth office on a full-time permanent basis.


As a Direct Sales Lead Generate Agent, you'll be an essential member of the team where you'll be making outbound calls to SME's to promote our Private Healthcare Cover and explaining how it can benefit their businesses.

We'll help you to build your knowledge of private healthcare insurance products, as well as those of our competitor through a robust induction programme.


To be successful, you'll have strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships based on Integrity and trust.

After an initial training and induction period of 12 weeks, you'll have the opportunity to work in the way which suits you best - whether that be full time in the Leicester or Bournemouth office or a blend of office and home working with a minimum requirement of 1 day office based.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:
Full time, 37.5 hours per week, rotating shifts 8.30am to 4.45pm and 9am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends or bank holidays.


Induction & Training:

Target induction date: 8th May 2023


You'll receive a comprehensive onsite induction from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role.

Ongoing support will be given to build your confidence, which may include mentoring support from a Lead Generation Agent who is currently doing the role.


What you'll be doing:


  • Using a call guide, you'll be answering customer queries, ensuring you're delivering a market leading service.
  • Leads are warm, received via various digital sources.
  • 50% of your working day will be working with an outbound dialer to source new leads.
  • Diary management for customer call backs.
  • Passing leads directly through to our Sales Consultants, in a timely way.
  • Ensuring leads are distributed in a timely and fair manner.
  • Adhering to FCA guidelines and Data Protection.
  • Building rapport with customers.
  • Working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working within a customer service environment
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • High level of verbal and written communication & literacy skills
  • Resilient with a Customer First approach
  • Confidence in speaking to a variety of customers
  • Ambitious with a determination to succeed
  • Highly adaptable to change and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to listen, assess situations quickly and to conduct yourself in a highly professional manner
  • Self motivated and driven by success


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
