REED HR are working with our
REDHILL based client in recruiting a
Group Recruitment Manager.


Permanent

£47,000 - £50,000

Hybrid (3 days in the office)

One direct report

Occasional travel to other sites


To lead on the development and delivery of resourcing strategies and solutions that support the business to meet its corporate and departmental objectives.

To work closely with HR colleagues and partners to ensure the provision of a seamless and joined upend to end recruitment service to the organisation.

To facilitate the highest standard of service and communications to our internal customers at all times in order to ensure they are provided with the service they deserve.

- Develop and drive forward the Recruitment Strategy across the group

  • Working collaboratively with HRBP's to develop a workforce and resourcing plan, talent mapping and pooling for current and future requirements
  • Managing the complete recruitment and selection process building relationships and liaising with stakeholders of varying levels
  • Ensuring deployment of attraction strategies and development of attraction material, effectively using traditional and social media advertising tools in conjunction with Communications
  • Coordinating the design of assessment and selection processes, ensuring the delivery of fair assessment events
  • Measuring Diversity and Inclusion is consistent across all recruitment activities
  • Keeping up to date with external trends and best practise
  • Reviewing and reporting on recruitment metrics
  • Advice to managers around recruitment, process, offer control and onboarding
  • Early years and Apprenticeship attraction
