Are you a friendly, organised, and motivated individual who is looking for a receptionist role based in Nottingham at Funeral Director's.
If so, we may have the perfect role for you.
We are working with a fantastic, family run client based in Nottingham who are looking to hire a receptionist on a temp to perm basis.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- A friendly demeaner
- Selfmotivated & able to use initiative
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of administrative duties
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Making tea, coffee, and drinks for clients.
- Maintaining a clean & tidy office. Answering telephone.
- Taking preliminary Funeral instructions.
- Funeral administration.
- Designing and proofing Service Sheets.
- Assisting in dressing bodies.
- Listing mourners.
- Assisting in memorial sales.
- Accompanying relatives to Chapel of Rest.
- General filing.
- Preparing and dispatching invoices.
- Preparing and dispatching debtor letters.
- Daily franking of the post.
- Petty cash reconciliation.
- Any other ancillary duties.
Salary is £10.25 per house
**Working hours
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
9am pm alternate Saturdays
