Main functions of the role will include the following:

To coordinate and organise Board, Joint Executive with Safeguarding Children's Partnership, Executive and Sub Group meetings, liaising with key partners to ensure maximum attendance, collate papers and distribute in a timely manner, provide detailed minutes and actions and share information.

Collect and collate score card data for the Quality Assurance Subgroup presenting in a meaningful and informative way.

Handling sensitive data and information.

To support the organising of an annual conference and development day.
