Monday to Friday - (Split into rota shifts 8.00am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5.00pm) with 1 hour for lunch
Summary of a Receptionist
The main part of this role is answering the telephones for the group including all office locations using the in house computerised system.
Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist- Meeting and greeting clients on arrival, offering and making refreshments, arranging car parking, meeting rooms etc.
- Diary Management using Outlook
- Ensuring that the meeting rooms are 'refreshed' after each meeting, and the reception area is tidy at all times.
- Every morning, checking both floors have sufficient water, milk, tea and coffee for the day. Ordering more as and when required.
- Incoming post to be opened, sorted, scanned and distributed in a timely fashion.
- Outgoing post from both floors to be collected, packaged, franked and ready to be collect by Royal Mail. Keeping a log of new clients and preparing new client forms for the department head. Updating our central database with key information of the clients.
- Ideally you will have selfmotivation and a flexible attitude with the ability to get on with all types of people.
